Under 5 minutes for a basic setup. Create your account, add your subscription plans (e.g., Monthly Basic ₹999, 12-Month Pro ₹9,999), invite your staff, and your gym's unique digital link goes live immediately. First members can register the same day.
Yes. Our team handles the data migration from Google Sheets, Excel, or CSV exports for free. We map columns, import member profiles, and set up their plan start dates before your go-live date.
Enter your Razorpay API key once inside gym settings. Members who click 'Renew' on their portal see a pre-filled checkout — plan, price, and your gym name. Payment clears, membership extends automatically. Funds go directly to your bank.
Members get: (1) a digital QR pass for desk check-in, (2) active plan days remaining with expiry countdown, (3) a trainer-assigned workout calendar, (4) diet plan if their trainer assigned one, and (5) a direct renewal button. They install it from Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone — no App Store.
